? 200 g soy protein isolate. 100% natural and without additives. Soy protein isolate is a vegetable protein powder derived from soybeans. Any genetic engineering or additives are dispensed with. To make soy protein isolate, the beans are peeled, processed into flakes, degreased and ground into soy flour. Then all non-proteins as well as carbohydrates and fibre are removed from the flour and then has a protein content of 90%.
Unlike whey products, soy protein is a purely vegetable protein source. This makes it great for people who eat vegan or who want to provide their body with a few extra proteins without resorting to animal products. The plant protein can also be used with lactose and gluten intolerances, as it contains neither lactose nor gluten. It is also low in fat and free from carbohydrates and sugar.
Soy protein is neutral in taste and is ideal in smoothies, cereal or yoghurt. You can also use the protein powder for baking protein pancakes, for example. You can also simply stir the powder into fruit juices. We recommend daily approx. Mix 30 g of soy protein isolate with 250-300 ml of water, milk, plant drinks or fruit juices of your choice and mix well before consumption, shake or stir the whole thing.
