Order cancellation is only possible at the payment completion stage, and if the product is being prepared, cancellation is not possible because delivery is in progress. Please purchase carefully.
Exchange/Return – If a return is requested due to customer reasons such as a purchase mistake or change of mind after the invoice has been entered, the return cost will be borne by the customer.
Exchanges and returns due to simple change of mind are only possible within 7 days from the date of receipt.
If the product cannot be resold due to damage, tags removed, missing components, etc., exchange/return may be difficult.
Upon receipt of the product, please check whether the product you ordered is correct, and if it is missing, incorrectly delivered, or damaged, please attach a photo and report it to customer service. If the product value is damaged due to opening without confirmation, exchange/return is not possible.
