6-in-1 wall detector: the wall scanner offers you a selection of different scan modes. Bolt scan modes allow you to locate studs at depths of 12 (12mm), 1 (25mm) and 112 (38mm). AC line mode can detect live AC lines up to a depth of 50mm. The metal scan mode is capable of detecting non-magnetic metals up to a depth of 2.36″ (60mm) and magnetic metals up to a depth of 3″ (80mm).
LCD design and audio alarm: the signal bar on the LCD display alerts you to the distance and direction of the approaching object, and a beep sounds to determine the location. When an object is found, it will tell you by the strength of the signal and the strength of the buzzer whether it is closer to the center of the target to help you find the center of the bolt quickly.
Automatic calibration: When using the bolt scan mode, please lay the device flat on the wall (cannot be calibrated in the air, otherwise the calibration will fail). Please do not move or shake the device before completing the calibration to zero. If the device is lifted away from the wall or wobbles, it must be recalibrated. Note: The automatic calibration must be done without nails, AC cable or metal, otherwise the test results will be inaccurate.
