This is a CIRCOPACK value bundle comprising Aluminum Grip Clamps suitable for use with Snap Clamps. Please refer to the images on sizing.
These aluminum clamps go over Snap Clamps to strengthen their grip or they can be used by themselves on EMT Metal Conduit

#21 grip clamp inside diameter (ID) is 0.925 in – fits over #11 (1/2) PVC snap clamps or ¾ EMT. #22 grip clamp inside diameter (ID) is 1.1 in – fits over #12 (3/4) PVC snap clamps or 1 EMT.
