Description
Inspired by the scent and taste of the forest, Messmer tea experts have created this extraordinary fruit tea. As mild and sweet as raspberries and as spicy as woodruff.
Woodruff is a native wild herb and is mainly used as a popular spice plant. Its name comes from the fact that it thrives in deciduous forests. The main ingredient in woodruff is coumarin the leaves of the plant, which contain coumarin, are often used in delicious punches, jellies and other desserts. They are also popular for teas, creating a very spicy taste experience.
Bring fresh water to a boil and pour over the tea. Leave the tea to infuse for 8 minutes so that the full flavour can develop and you get a healthy beverage.
