Simply place the block on the guide, and start slicing. Cut using every slot for 1/4″ slices or every other slot for 1/2″ slices. Then, grab half the block, rotate 90° and cut again for strips, and for cubes just flip it onto it’s side and slice once more! Uniform tofu pieces for jerky, soups, stir fries or the grill has never been easier! This little tool is also perfect for slicing things like zucchini & potatoes.
