Using a tea infuser/filter bag/strainer boil Palo Azul and 4 cups of water for 10 mins and steep for up to an hour. Steeping longer results in optimal herbal extraction and benefits. Serve chilled or warm and drink. Sweetener is optional. The result is smooth, warm and friendly with earthly tones.
