GREEN TEA: Harvested in early spring in Fujian province in China, the choice, tippy leaf and bud sets are hand-rolled into tight ‘pearls’ and dried before they are scented multiple times with fresh jasmine blossoms.
JASMINE BLOSSOMS: Sweet China full-leaf tea leaves are married with fragrant flowers to make for a delicate and fragrant cup.
STEEPING INSTRUCTIONS: Simply heat fresh, filtered water just short of boiling, then pour 6 oz of water over 1 tsp of tea leaves in an infuser and steep for 2-4 minutes.
CAFFEINE: This green tea contains a small amount of caffeine, so you can gain energy without the coffee-like jitters.
